Course Registration

As mentioned in our About Us section, we operate on three pillars of education: Empowerment, Exposure, and Empathy. While we strongly recommend that all three courses be taken, we do give parents the option of choosing one or mixing and matching.

Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6PM to 7PM.

Families will sign up for a specific session when they officially register.

Full Course Load: Empowerment, Exposure, Empathy (September to May)

This is the full, recommended course load for students. It runs through the school year and includes all 3 tenets of the program:

  • Tenet 1: Empowerment (September to November)

    • Objective: Students will be able to clearly and thoroughly relay their ideas to their peers and in front of an audience

  • Tenet 2: Exposure (November to March)

    • Objective: Students will be able to ground their thoughts in real-world knowledge by developing: a) basic research skills, b) a simple yet consistent reading habit, and c) the ability to critically analyze what they are reading

  • Tenet 3: Empathy (March to May)

    • Objective: Students will be able to successfully utilize social-emotional learning tools in academic and non-academic settings.
